「如果過去我擁有像現在一樣的力量，我所承受的暴力不會拖延到現在。」這是一位受到社會團體幫助的女性所說出的沉痛話語，也是另外三位境遇相同婦女的寫照。「最遙遠的愛」以四位遭受家庭暴力的婦女為拍攝對象，進行一年的紀錄，忠實呈現她們如何尋求自保並保護兒女，進而積極開展自我、走出婚姻的真實故事。


With strong willpower, four women remain in their unhappy marriages for the sake of their children and seek passionately for their dignity and freedom. How do these four women face all the difficulties in their lives? What will they do to make their future better?
